When I first started coaching, my focus was clear: for 6 years I worked exclusively with mental health practitioners and before that, I served yoga teachers, studio owners, and life coaches. After years of dedicated work in these spaces—and a year-and-a-half stint in the legal industry—I realized something. My ideal client wasn’t defined by a specific industry.
